IDMR Courses: Disciple Path

What is Disciples Path? It’s a curriculum based on Jesus’s model of disciplemaking. It promotes intentional discipleship and life transformation, as you journey with like-minded brothers and sisters in Christ.

Important Info (Please take note)

Who is DP 2 suitable for? All Christians except new believers.

What about DP 3? DP 2 is a pre-requisite for DP 3.

Why sign up? You want to get serious in your discipleship!

What can you expect? A group of about 12 GMCians, led by a pair of facilitators, who journey together in-person in church for 5 or 6 sessions (once a week).

What must you commit to? Attendance at weekly onsite session of 1.5 hrs + daily homework of 30 mins.

Cost of Materials: $10, payable at first session.
(Note: DP courses are not a substitute for CG- so please continue attending your CG during the DP courses)

Disciples Path 2 (DP 2)

What is Disciples Path? It’s a curriculum based on Jesus’s model of disciplemaking. It promotes intentional discipleship and life transformation, as you journey with like-minded brothers and sisters in Christ.

We are launching Disciples Path 2 (DP 2) first. This is a 5-session course that helps us to understand and live out Jesus’s path of discipleship – how He calls, teaches, equips, and sends His disciples.

DP 2 is targetted at Stage 2 in our IDMR, i.e. a Growing Disciple. But even if you feel you’re beyond Stage 2 – you will surely benefit. Do note that in any case, DP 2 is a prerequisite for subsequent DP courses.

Who is DP 2 suitable for? All Christians except those who are very new believers.

Why sign up? You want to get serious in your discipleship journey and are willing to invest extra time and effort to grow in the Lord.

What can you expect? A group of up to 12 GMCians led by a pair of facilitators who will journey together in-person, in GMC, for 5 sessions (once a week for 5 weeks).

What must you commit to? Commitment for 5 weeks is essential: weekly onsite sessions of 1.5 hrs + daily homework of 30 mins.

What are the DP 2 course dates? There are 3 options:

(a) Thursday evenings, 8:00-9:30pm (Jul 7, 14, 21, 28, Aug 4)
(b) Saturday mornings, 10:00-11:30am (Jul 9, 16, 23, 30, Aug 6)
(c) Saturday afternoons, 2:00-3:30pm (Jul 9, 16, 23, 30, Aug 6)

Cost of Materials: $10 payable at the first session.
