Intentional Disciplemaking Roadmap (IDMR)
At GMC, we believe discipleship is not a one-time decision but a lifelong journey of following Jesus, together.
IDMR is a simple guide to help us see that journey more clearly to reflect on where we are, how God is growing us, and the next steps we can take in becoming faithful and fruitful disciples of Christ.
We invite you to explore it prayerfully as we seek to grow in love for God, love for neighbour, and Christlike maturity.
IDMR
Discipleship is the lifelong work of God’s grace in us, renewing us into the likeness of Jesus Christ. Through the means of grace, God nurtures our faith, shapes our character, and draws us deeper into holiness and love.
The IDMR framework helps us reflect on that journey through three guiding questions:
- (1) What does a disciple look like?
- (2) Which stage of discipleship do I currently belong to?
- (3) How can I grow as a disciple using the means of grace?

The Journey of Discipleship
This framework offers a reflective overview of how disciples often grow in Christ — from seeking and knowing, to growing, sowing, and flowing in mature love.

Disciples Path (DP) Courses
Disciples Path is a series of courses designed to help believers grow intentionally as disciples of Jesus. Each course builds on the previous one, guiding participants from foundational discipleship to deeper theological understanding and spiritual maturity.
